• Any activity leading to IP blacklisting or other harmful effects on our IP range


• if we do not receive a report, we may not intervene with your services immediately.
• If we detect any suspicious activity, we reserve the right to lock access to your servers without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to the activities listed above.

User Responsibilities

• To use certain features of the service, you may be required to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• You are solely responsible for managing your virtual machines, including data security, backups, and compliance with any legal obligations associated with the content and data you store on our service.
• After deletion/expiration/locking of your virtual machine, we cannot provide any data to you.

Refunds and Disputes

• We do not provide refunds for purchases for any reasons unless we are unable to provide you the product within 3 working days.
• Other conditions where you will not receive any refunds include:
• If you get Crypto-clipped and send the funds to another address.
• If you violate any of these terms and get your service suspended.
• If you do not use your virtual machine.
• Any incident that might happen due to Impersonators.


• Refunds will only be provided as on-site credits.

Limitation of Liability

• BullRDP.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the three months preceding the claim.

Modifications of Terms

• We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. We will notify you of any changes via email or through our website.
• Continued use of our service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
